Kaveh had a stellar performance for us at the Division 1 NAC in St. Louis this past weekend. This result puts him in 29th on the current Junior National Points standings, and 39th in the Senior National Points list. After a 3 win/3 loss pool, he was able to win four rounds of DE’s! Two of these DE bouts were won by one touch, and he was able to make it all the way to the last 16. There were also 3 Olympic Bronze Medalists in the last 16! Ali Shafaie also competed for us, where he also had a 3 win/3 loss pool round. After a 15-8 victory in the first round, he was eliminated in the second round.
